Well 14 days x 2 later, we are back again. Norton Internet Security 2010 beta expired once after 14 days. I was able to renew it. Another 14 days later, I was not. Once again I called support and got the same answer:
Sorry, we can’t help you with beta software.
As in, “Hi you bleeding edge bozo. We can’t help you. Even if you are testing the bleeding edge software for us. Yeah, we are that stupid and insensitive. We don’t really care if you have a current subscription. We don’t really care if you are a paying customer. You are so screwed. Bye Bye.”
*sigh* I’m getting much better service from Trend Micro.
